The two-day seminar in Lucca (Italy) devoted to Regulation (EU) n. 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (“Brussels I Recast”) – reported here - took place on 10 and 11 June 2016, and was successful!

In particular, the lawyers attending the course found extremely useful the case-law teaching method used in order to highlight the critical issues arising from the regulation’s practical application.

 

Below some pictures of the event, which took place in the marvellous Complesso di San Micheletto (Via San Micheletto n. 3, Lucca).
